The Renting Homes [Wales] Act 2016 will finally be brought into force on 1st December 2022. The Act represents the biggest change to housing law in Wales for decades, abolishes many of the current forms of tenancy and will affect both private and community landlords.

In this free seminar we will examine the Act and highlight the matters that practitioners will need to be aware of as well as the likely concerns of clients.  The speakers were both extensively involved in advising the Welsh Government regarding the consequences of such changes and are therefore ideally placed to address such topics.
