Our environmental law case-load features a case involving members of chambers who are currently instructed on behalf of the Environment Agency and the Defendant in a case to be heard by the Court of Appeal in 2013 concerning the Proceeds of Crime Act implications surrounding a case which involved the unlawful tipping of waste, payment of landfill tax and the running of a disputed landfill site. Members are also involved in an ongoing environmental case, scheduled for trial in summer 2013, which features charges in relation to the alleged unlawful deposit of waste.
Members of chambers are on the List of Special Regulatory Advocates in Health and Safety and Environmental Law operated by the HSE, EA and ORR.
