Online seminar - The Pathfinder Court

Forthcoming Seminar: "The Pathfinder Court - A new way of working."

Exactly 1 week before the launch of the Pathfinder Court in South-East Wales, at 5pm on 22^nd April 2024 the Family Team at 9 Park Place will be running a remote seminar and discussion by MS Teams.  

The seminar aims to explain and discuss the new procedure and processes, and will also suggest ways to achieve the best outcomes for your private children clients under the new court regime.  We will then move on to discuss alternative approaches to litigation and how NCDR can be best used to narrow the issues, or avoid court altogether.
