Judicial Review for Immigration Lawyers - free CPD forum 30th April

9 Park Place are pleased to present, in conjunction with the Cardiff and District Law Society, an Immigration Law open forum event to be held at 9 Park Place Chambers from 6.00pm on Wednesday 30th April 2014.  The discussion will focus on issues concerning practice and procedure in immigration matters in both the Upper Tribunal and the High Court. The event will attract 1.5 CPD hours (provider reference for this event: CKH/NPPL).

The event will be chaired by Christian Jowett, who sits as a Deputy District Judge (Civil) and is on the Attorney General's Panel of Junior Counsel to the Crown (Regional Panel).  The speakers will be Joseph Edwards and Rhys Davies.
