Our employment team acts for both employers and employees, ranging from individual employees and directors to major private and public sector organisations.

Members are vastly experienced in all aspects of employment law including unfair and wrongful dismissal, redundancy, discrimination, equal pay, transfer of undertakings, working time claims, restraint of trade and breach of confidence. We provide full advisory services and advocacy in Employment Tribunals and appellate courts and members of the team accept instructions direct from lay clients under the Bar Council's Public Access Scheme.
