Chambers Building Re-Opens from 1st July

01 JULY 2020

Whilst we have continued to provide our services remotely since lockdown on 23rd March we are delighted to announce the physical re-opening of Chambers from 0900 on Wednesday 1st July.

We have followed Welsh Government guidance on COVID-secure remote-working, safe-spacing, social-distancing and hygiene regimes to allow us to open our doors and switchboard again. This means that we can now provide an enhanced and more flexible service to you.

Adaptations include a one-way system in part of the building, alternative arrangements for any deliveries by hand, protective screens in reception and in our conference rooms, hand sanitisers easily and conveniently available and two metre spacing.

However we know that this remains a very challenging environment and so our over-riding priority remains safety. Numbers allowed in the building are limited. Staff will be on remote-working rotas. Many members will continue to work remotely. We ask for your help in continuing to send papers electronically, to hold conferences remotely and to make payments by BACS.

But we’re physically here again if you need us – and please don’t hesitate to contact any of our staff to ask about arrangements going forward.

Best Wishes,
