CPD-accredited Family Finance Update

On Thursday 2nd October from 5pm - 7pm in the Park Suite at the Park Plaza Hotel in Cardiff, finance experts from 9 Park Place's family team delivered an update of recent case law and practice. This provided comprehensive guidance as to the current approach to income and capital, including the treatment of matrimonial and non-matrimonial assets as well as the relevance of pre-nuptial contracts.
The seminar was SRA CPD-accredited for two hours under our Provider Reference CKH/NPPL.
