Commercial Contracts seminar on 31st July

On 31st July from 6pm (registration from 5.30pm) and in conjunction with the Cardiff and District Law Society, we are pleased to present a forum for all solicitors who advise clients on the drafting and enforceability of commercial contracts, in particular in relation to share sale agreements. These agreements, commonly used in high value transactions, are often complex and the seminar, delivered by Gareth Thomas, has been designed to give an overview of the common provisions as well as giving practical tips on tailoring and drafting clauses. Gareth will deal with restrictive covenants, warranties, indemnities and misrepresentation as well as providing guidance on the common pitfalls and the remedies available to the court in the event of a dispute.
