9 Park Place deliver training to health professionals on the legal aspects of safeguarding children

On Monday 9th March James Lewis delivered a presentation on the responsibilities of health professionals attending court, as part of a training day organised by the Cardiff & Vale University Health Board, held at University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff. His presentation covered the responsibilites of expert witnesses, the differences between expert witnesses and witnesses of fact, Court procedure and the process of giving evidence.
