Paul Hopkins KC and Richard Kember appointed as Circuit Judges

We are delighted to announce the appointments of Paul Hopkins KC and Richard Kember as Circuit Judges. 

Paul, a former Head of Chambers and Richard, formerly Head of our Employment Team, have both been appointed to the Wales Circuit, based at Cardiff Crown Court.

All at 9 Park Place offer them our congratulations on their appointments and our best wishes for the future.

They will take up their appointments at the beginning of October.
