Ruby John accepted an invitation to join Chambers upon the successful completion of her pupillage in September 2026. She is currently accepting instructions in all practice areas.
Ruby studied History at the University of Bristol before completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Law. Ruby then completed the Bar Training Course at Cardiff University, achieving a distinction. Before undertaking pupillage, Ruby worked as an insolvency case manager and civil litigation paralegal.
Ruby was supervised by Gareth Thomas (Civil) in her first six months and James Lewis (Family) in her second six.
