Employment law is a growing area of practice for Chambers. Members of the Employment Team act for both employers and employees providing advisory services and advocacy in Employment Tribunals and appellate courts.
The team has considerable experience of all aspects of employment law including: unfair and wrongful dismissal; redundancy; discrimination; equal pay; transfer of undertakings; working time claims; and restraint of trade and breach of confidence.
The clerk of the Employment Law Team is the Senior Clerk, Jim Williams.
