Our Chancery and Commercial Team offers expertise at all levels of seniority up to and including silk, both in commercial and property disputes involving businesses and the private individual and in more traditional chancery work such as wills, probate and trusts.
The work of the team includes both litigation and advice in non-contentious matters, and members of the team appear as advocates in the full range of courts dealing with chancery and commercial work. The particular expertise of team members is indicated in their personal profiles.
