Richard Miller joined 9 Park Place Chambers in April 2012 from Temple Chambers in Cardiff where he was head of the family team. He accepts instructions in all Children Act cases, but the bulk of his practice is made up of public law children work.

Richard regularly accepts instructions from Local Authorities and Children's Guardians, as well as parents and other interested parties at all levels of court from the County Court to the Court of Appeal.
