Helen is an experienced barrister who practices in general civil law with a focus on property litigation, employment, and regulatory law. Her practice includes trusts and probate, planning and landlord and tenant. In October 2022 she was appointed a Deputy District Judge on the Wales Circuit.

Helen has a particular expertise in regulatory work, having been instructed in many cases of Animal Health and Welfare and Health and Safety. Additionally Helen is an expert in the law of data protection and accepts instructions in all aspects of data protection and privacy matters. 

With a personal and thorough approach, she is a fluent Welsh speaker and regularly conducts cases in Welsh. She accepts public access work. 

Helen was educated at Cardiff High School before going on to study French and Spanish at the University of Exeter. She completed her post graduate diploma in law and Bar Vocational Course at the University of the West of England.
