Family Dispute Resolution

Anna is a qualified Family Mediator and is registered with the Family Mediation Council

https://www.familymediationcouncil.org.uk/mediator/anna-moelwyn-williams/

She offers Family Mediation in Chambers on a privately funded basis.

Where there are no safeguarding issues and where suitable, Mediation facilitates a dialogue between parties to resolve disputes in a non-confrontational fashion, providing a constructive resolution which assists parties and the children into the future. Non-court options are increasingly encouraged in order to reduce the conflict of family separation where court proceedings can polarise. Anna can provide Mediation to resolve satellite issues as a holistic addition to the “Resolution Together” model where couples who separate amicably instruct one lawyer.
