New edition of criminal team’s newsletter

The second edition of the criminal team’s quarterly newsletter has been produced and will be distributed shortly.

In an article entitled “The Cost of a Criminal Lifestyle” Peter Davies discusses confiscation proceedings under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 and offers some advice as to how, with a little foresight, substantial savings might be obtained.

David Gareth Evans deals with “Community Orders in the Youth Court”, particularly the youth rehabilitation order which is the only community order available in the youth court in respect of offences committed after the 30th November 2009.
