Richard Kember sworn in as Civil Recorder

Richard Kember was today (4th October) sworn in as a Civil Recorder at a ceremony held at the Cardiff Civil Justice Centre and presided over by Mr Justice Lewis.  Richard's appointment by the Lord Chief Justice was effective from 16th September 2019. 

Head of Chambers, Paul Hopkins Q.C., has welcomed the appointment: "We are thrilled with the news of this well-deserved appointment for Richard, which reflects the breadth of skill and experience of which we at 9 Park Place Chambers can be rightly proud."
