Announcement regarding Criminal Defence cases

All members of the Criminal Team at 9 Park Place have individually decided to not accept instructions relating to cases in the Crown Court with a legal aid certificate dated after the 31^st March 2018.

The members of the Team have taken this action in support of the Criminal Bar Association’s requests that the government look again at the level of funding for the AGFS in the Crown Court. 9 Park Place hopes to continue to have the support and understanding of those solicitors who instruct us, for which we are very grateful.
