Kerry Underwood talks on Fixed Costs on Monday 16th October at 9 Park Place

Kerry Underwood returns to Wales and to 9 Park Place.

We are delighted to again be hosting Kerry Underwood who is returning to Wales on Monday 16th October to deliver his Fixed Costs Course. Kerry is touring the UK and the course looks in detail at Lord Justice Jackson's Fixed Recoverable Costs report which was published on 31st July.

Kerry is a solicitor and senior partner of Underwoods Solicitors. He is a lecturer, writer, broadcaster and former employment judge. Kerry made extensive submissions to Lord Justice Jackson’s review on Fixed Costs, and at his request spoke at the Leeds and Manchester roadshows and was present at the launch of Lord Justice Jackson’s report on 31 July 2017 and is speaking with him at the Law Society in September.
