Cadi Dewi instructed in Coleg Gwent fitness-to-practice tribunal

Cadi Dewi, instructed by Kingsley Napley, was successful in obtaining fitness to practice findings against Jeffrey Mc Mail, a lecturer at Coleg Gwent in Newport. Mr McMail, who was facing complaints of sexual harassment will face a sanctions hearing on a date to be fixed. The matter was heard by a Fitness to Practice Committee of the Education Workforce Council, which found that the complaints upheld amounted to unacceptable professional conduct.
