Richard Miller appointed to sit as a Recorder

Chambers is delighted to congratulate Richard Miller on his appointment to sit as a Recorder in family cases on the Western Circuit.
Richard joined 9 Park Place in April 2012 from Temple Chambers where he had been head of the Family Practice Group since 2011 and Head of the Pupillage Committee since 2004.
