Recorder appointment for Christopher Felstead

Members of chambers and staff joined members of the judiciary and court staff in a packed court 3 at the Cardiff Civil Justice Centre  on 5 July 2012  to mark the formal swearing-in of Christopher Felstead as a Recorder. The ceremony was presided over by His Honour Judge Crispin Masterman. Christopher has been appointed to sit in family cases (public and private law) in Wales. 

A member of the Family Law Bar Association, he has a specific focus on heavy ancillary relief; particularly family businesses, farming and trusts and in numerous cases involving multi-million pound settlements and complex valuations. His public law practice includes cases containing allegations of non-accidental head injuries and sexual abuse.
