Paul Hopkins QC elected Leader of the Circuit

9 Park Place’s Head of Chambers, Paul Hopkins QC, has been elected Leader of The Wales and Chester Circuit. The result was formally announced on 7^th November and his three-year term of office commences on 1^st January 2017, when he will succeed Paul Lewis QC.
