Financial Remedies Update Seminar

Please join us at The Park Plaza Hotel, Cardiff, from 5pm on Tuesday 7th July for drinks, nibbles and the latest on Financial Remedies and Enforcement from our family law money specialists.

This two hour update carries 2 CPD points (under our SRA provider reference code CKH/NPPL) and will cover the ongoing Law Commission consultation on financial remedy enforcement as well as a  comprehensive update of the latest financial remedies cases and developments, including guidance on periodical payments, non matrimonial assets and post separation accrual.
