Lisa Jones joins 9 Park Place

Chambers is pleased to announce that Lisa Jones has joined chambers upon the successful completion of her pupillage. She becomes our newest tenant and will accept instructions in suitable cases across jurisdictions.

She previously trained and qualified as a Commercial Solicitor at Morgan Cole (now Blake Morgan) in Cardiff.  During her six years in that role Lisa gained experience in banking, employment, and in both contentious and non-contentious commercial law matters. Lisa says: "I am delighted to have the opportunity of developing a practice at the Bar at 9 Park Place Chambers, building on my previous commercial experience as a solicitor."

Lisa was educated at Corpus Christi High School and Ysgol Gyfun Gymraeg Glantaf and read English Literature at Jesus College, Cambridge University.  She undertook the Post-Graduate Diploma in Law at BPP Law School in London, where she also completed the City Legal Practice Course.  Lisa sat the Bar Transfer Test in 2013 and was assessed as ‘outstanding’ in each paper.
