Helen regularly appears at the Employment Tribunal and has a mixed practice of both claimant and respondent work. She has represented local authorities, companies, and individuals in a range of cases including redundancy, unfair and constructive dismissal and discrimination on the grounds of disability and age.

Helen’s recent cases have involved the meaning of disability under the Equality Act 2010, and acting for a solicitor in a claim for unfair dismissal. Helen is a Welsh speaker and conducts proceedings at the Employment Tribunal in  Welsh. She also has experience of drafting and advising in Employment matters in Welsh.  Helen accepts instructions under the Bar Council’s Public Access Scheme.
