Common Law

Our common law team deals with disputes in the private field in the county courts and beyond, including landlord and tenant, professional negligence, construction, and traditional common law litigation matters. We are also able attend all coroners' courts and all tribunals. Many members of the team accept instructions from lay clients direct under the Bar Council's Public Access Scheme.
