Crime:

Ieuan Bennett practises in all areas of criminal law and has a particular interest in fraud and medico-legal cases.

Regulatory:

Ieuan accepts instructions in all fields of regulatory work.
In the past he has prosecuted for Customs & Excise, Trading Standards, the DVLA and the RSPCA. These cases have involved the importation of untaxed spirits and tobacco, the trading of incorrectly labelled goods, the trading of pirated videos and DVDs  as well as the enforcement of health and safety legislation in the work place.

Ieuan has also worked with the Federation against Copyright Theft (FACT).
