Family:

Matthew has extensive experience of appearing in the County and Family Proceedings Courts in cases covering all aspects of children and matrimonial disputes, with particular emphasis on ancillary relief proceedings. He has also appeared in the High Court and regularly advises and acts in cases involving trusts and disputes between cohabitees.

Common Law:

Matthew is experienced in advising and acting in such cases, particularly negligence claims, landlord and tenant matters and housing and building disputes.

Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence:

He accepts both privately funded and CFA cases and is accustomed to advising and appearing in a wide range of matters including Highways Act, Occupiers' Liability and road traffic accident cases.
