Owen handles cases on behalf of both claimants and defendants. In addition to road traffic cases he has particular experience of employment-related accidents, of cases involving deafness and of asbestos-related conditions.

Owen regularly represents both claimants and respondents and possesses extensive experience of cases of alleged discrimination on the grounds of disability, sex and age.

Common Law:

Owen handles torts, landlord & tenant and housing as well as building and construction work.

Crime:

Owen's practice covers both prosecution and defence work, including environmental offences.
