In addition to both prosecuting and defending a wide variety of cases Suzanne also regularly represents local authorities in the Crown Court in relation to public interest immunity applications.

She has experience in handling all types of Proceeds of Crime Act applications and has a particular specialism in making forfeiture applications on behalf of the Police and Revenue and Customs

Regulatory:

Suzanne has undertaken a significant amount of work in relation to prosecutions under the Companies Act.  She also has experience of dealing with parole hearings.

Breach of Suspended Sentence Orders.

The Court of Appeal gave guidance in relation to the question of whether there should be a reduction of the custodial term of a suspended sentence where there has been partial compliance.
